_Fish can't feel pain?
Actually, that does mesh with some things I picked up in college psych classes about pain being an interpretation, not a direct sensation, which leads to the story about 50% of battlefield gunshot survivors reporting that getting shot didn't hurt, apparently because they lack a relevant framework for interpretting the sensation of being shot. |
